He has been in practice for 12 years. Should you choose to have surgery at this organization, Dr. Rockove or Dr. Toland will be the only ones performing your surgery. Additionally, this organization also uses credentialed and licensed (in the State of Oregon) mid-level providers for care, i.e. Physician Assistants, Nurse Practices, etc. They provide care according to their scope of service.
